Reregistered Psychotherapist (No. 27879)
MPsyc (Hons), GDipPsyc, BSc (Psych)

To help you get to know me a little bit before we meet one another, let me introduce myself. My name is Poppy-Louise, but most call me Poppy. I use the pronouns she/her. I am a New Zealander, born and raised, now living in Brisbane Australia.
Outside of my therapy work I enjoy spending time outdoors going for hikes, reading books, spending time with my family and our rescue cat. I am passionate about nature and animals which were a large part of my life growing up in New Zealand.
I have been working in the mental health field for several years. Before training as a psychotherapist, I studied psychology and hypnotherapy, and spent time travelling the globe exploring and experiencing different countries and cultures.
All inquires are welcome, and I look forward to meeting you.
